1. The event

The Prize Competition Summit ("the summit") is organised by [ORGANISER LEGAL NAME] and takes place on November, exact date TBC at Venue London.

2. Tickets

Tickets are sold through [TICKET PLATFORM NAME] and are valid for one named attendee. Your booking is confirmed once payment has cleared and you have received a confirmation email. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

3. Refunds and transfers

Refund requests received more than [NUMBER] days before the event will be refunded in full, less any payment processing fees. Requests inside [NUMBER] days are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to a colleague free of charge by emailing [contact email] at least [NUMBER] days before the event.

4. Changes to the programme

Speakers, sessions and timings may change. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled date.

5. Conduct

We expect everyone at the summit to behave professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour affects other attendees, without refund.

6. Photography and recording

Photography and filming may take place at the summit and may be used in future marketing. Let us know at registration if you would rather not appear.

7. Liability
